Suggestions for Potential Contributors

You can add material two ways:

  a) As an "article" with your own byline -- just add a \chapter of your
own in the "Contributed Articles and Chapters" section. I include a
template chapter in the sources, that is (surprise) also in the book as
a guide to potential authors.

  b) As corrections, additions, augmentations of existing material.

  c) As a real book co-author. This coveted status will only be granted
to those intrepid souls who contribute a LOT of effort (more than just a
chapter or two) and really improve the overall book. Real co-authors
get to share in any lucre made from the sale of the book, if such a
thing ever occurs, in proportion to their contribution.

It would be really great if your contributions were submitted as diffs
and files consistent with the existing layout of the book (which will
likely change slowly with time as I work out better ways of doing
things).
