The Lattice and Effective Field Theory group at Duke University will have an opening for a postdoctoral research associate beginning September 1, 2010. Candidates should have a Ph.D. by the starting date and have expertise in an area relevant to the group's research program. Topics of interest include: perturbative QCD, effective field theories, chiral perturbation theory, heavy quark physics, soft-collinear effective theory, particle physics phenomenology including LHC physics, and lattice QCD.

Completed applications should include a CV (with list of publications) and three letters of recommendation. Please go to academicjobsonline.org to apply. Applications must be received by December 5, 2009 to receive full consideration. Duke University is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer; women and members of minority groups are strongly encouraged to apply.
